Who Are We?

Gestior is a family owned business which has been managing properties for more than 25 years. We have the opportunity to rely on faithful clients who trust us knowing we are committed to integrity, honesty and hard work. Thanks to our experience, we know how to please condominium co-owners.

We offer the co-owners a complete management service allowing them to enjoy their property without having the worries of day-to-day business.

We currently manage several prestigious buildings in the Greater Montreal area and are proud to count them among our clients.

Our Mission

At Gestior, we believe in partnerships. It is important for us to work with the Boards of Directors, while offering co-owners peace of mind and the assurance of maintaining if not increasing the value of their assets. We make sure to know their objectives and to use our experience to achieve the same.

Our goal

We offer turnkey solutions to co-owners as we consider that it is their right to enjoy their homes in a peaceful environment.


A dedicated experienced team assures the smooth running of each building and oversees numerous project aspects. They will respond to the clients’ needs whether it is regarding building, administrative or financial management.

  • Building Managers on location on a regular basis
  • Grant and oversee repairs and maintenance contracts
  • Present 3 bids for all major work
  • Provide customer service
  • Purchase necessary supplies for building maintenance
  • Maintain preventive maintenance programs
  • Supervise personnel according to a detailed job description
  • Apply and follow the rules and regulations of the Declaration of Co-ownership

  • Organize and take part in board meetings (agenda, budgets, project updates, minutes)
  • Plan, prepare and coordinate Annual General Assemblies (notices, proxies, attendance list, minutes, ballots, etc.)
  • Organize special meetings (if necessary)
  • Assure good communication with all co-owners.
  • Insurance renewal
  • Follow-up on insurance claims
  • Maintain co-owner’s registry (keys, lockers, parking space, etc.)

  • Collect condo fees
  • Manage client's account (receivables)
  • Manage supplier's account (payables)
  • Assure debt collection
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Provide bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and control annual budgets
  • Establish contingency funds
  • Assure asset management
